Extensions to Moor Park Georgian-style house

>
25/05/17

We have recently obtained planning approval to substantially extend this charming Georgian style detached house located on a prominent corner in the sought after Moor Park area. Following intensive dialogues with Three Rivers Council and the Conservation Officers, the final scheme was approved on this sensitive site and strongly supported by Moor Park 1958. All extensions and alterations have been proposed to match the characteristics of the existing intricate detailing – ensuring that the proposed scheme and the existing house are aesthetically coherent.

The scheme proposes extensions to both flanks, and to the rear, as well as internal alterations that allow for generously proportioned spaces to serve a modern household, whilst maximising the plot on this site.

Aparthotel to begin construction in 2017

>
11/12/16

Following the news that planning permission was granted earlier this year, Juttla Architects are excited to announce that building construction for the new Hyatt aparthotel will begin in 2017.

The aparthotel is a new concept from Hyatt called Hyatt House, the first of its kind in the UK. The accommodation comprises of 131 apartment suites, restaurant and bar, meeting rooms, gym and games room. The apartments are for short to long term stays for up to a maximum of 90 consecutive days.

The site for the proposed development is adjacent to a recently completed 170 bedroom hotel, also for Hyatt and again a new brand concept, Hyatt Place. Juttla Architects were project managers and consulting architects on that successful development.

Permission granted for new aparthotel

>
29/03/16

We are delighted to announce that Juttla Architects have recently obtained planning permission for a 131 suite aparthotel at 15-17 Uxbridge Road in Hayes, which will be a landmark building at the gateway into the Boroughs of Ealing and Hillingdon.

The development will revitalise a vacant plot and work in conjunction with the new Hyatt Place Hotel located adjacent to the site. The 13 storey building responds to the immediate context in the form of a dynamic curved building that slopes down to 5 storeys at its lowest point.

The scheme won planning permission following a unanimous backing from the Hillingdon Planning Committee as well as the Greater London Authority.

Hyatt Place construction on track

>
10/09/15

Heathrow Gate House in Hayes, Middlesex, a 12 storey tower block built in the 1970s has stood taller than any other building in the area. Vacant for the past 12 years, it is now going through a major refurbishment and overhaul to become a state of the art Hyatt Place hotel – a brand new concept for the brand and the first of its kind in the UK.

Juttla Architects were appointed by the Hong Kong based owner to project manage the construction works and to fit out works to suit Hyatt’s branding. The project is on track to be handed over to Hyatt in early 2016.
