Remodelling of a Grade II Listed building that was in a dilapidated state, in order to create five self-contained flats. Restoration of all internal areas, external façades and landscaping to ensure the heritage of the building and site was preserved. There was a close dialogue with both conservation and building control, to ensure compliance with Listed Building and Building Regulation requirements.
