Oversaw the re-branding of the seventy-eight bedroom 5-star hotel into a Crowne Plaza by acting as the Contract Administrators and Project Managers. The work involved bringing the existing building to current statutory regulations and Crowne Plaza’s own strict standards. Working together with a busy hotel and a tight programme, the handover was achieved smoothly and on time.
