The redevelopment of vacant offices into twenty-one high-end residential units, situated on a prominent corner site on Kensington High Street. The scheme involved enhancing and increasing the retail space and frontage at a sought-after location. Infill extensions along with all other alterations were proposed, keeping to the character of the existing Jacobean corner block, with all the elevations and fenestrations retained as required by Kensington Palace Conservation.
